On 8/21/24 the Gettysburg Police Department and National Park Rangers received tips on the identity of the suspect, Suzanne Weiser of Fairfield, PA.  Charges are pending based on the  continuing investigation and coordination with the Adams County DA’s Office, Assistant US Attorney’s Office, National Park Protective Service and Gettysburg Police Department.  Any business within the Borough whose property had been spray painted, if you already haven’t, please contact Gettysburg Police Sergeant Chris Evans at 717-334-1168 or the Adams County Dispatch at 717-334-8101.
